Special terms of delivery for large furniture pieces
Please be advised that this particularly large-format furniture is only delivered in its entirety/not in individual parts as standard. Please get in touch with us urgently in advance of delivery should special structural conditions need to be taken into account on site. You will find a comment field under "Your details” when viewing the history of your order online.

- Once your order has been checked by Garpa customer service, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- Delivery of our furniture within Switzerland usually takes place within two to three weeks from the quoted delivery date, free of charge. Our shipping company will notify you directly via telephone of your delivery.
- Small parts and products shipped by parcel service are usually delivered within approximately one week from the quoted delivery date.
- Due to the current circumstances longer delivery times may apply. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience.
- Should you purchase items with different delivery times, you have the option to request a partial delivery for items available for immediate delivery when ordering under “Review and Order” in the shopping basket.
- Furniture orders are delivered by trained delivery drivers. They will also assemble and set up the furniture (with the exception of drilling holes, fundamental building work or other building work), position the furniture where you wish to have it and take the packaging with them. As with the delivery, this service is naturally free of charge.
