Tavo Extended Table Round

Four people can sit comfortably at this round table when closed, and it fits up to six people, when extended. The impressive tapered pedestal ensures there’s enough space for everyone. Made of solid American walnut, the table makes for a decorative and functional centrepiece of any breakfast, tea or dinner party. The smooth edges rounded to perfection and the velvety oiled wood promise a sensual experience with every touch. An easy-to-use extension mechanism allows its 120-centimetre diameter to be extended by 60 centimetres to form an oval.

The slender shape of the rectangular extending Tavo table offers a picture-perfect sight and plenty of legroom. The elaborate workmanship of American walnut is testimony to the admirable craftsmanship: a peripheral shadow gap makes the design appear delicate, almost floating, the legs are rounded to the inside by hand. The expressive grain and the distinctive inclusions of the tactile oiled wood make every piece a unique specimen.

Tavo Console Table

The massive Tavo dining table impresses with its perfect dimensions. With the addition of the slender console table it can be extended a further 40 centimeters. Both pieces of furniture are made of the same wood – American walnut – and have precisely the same height. The long-legged console table as a solitaire, makes a splendid eyecatcher. Placed against a wall or in front of a window it is a beautiful space for lamps and favourite books or gorgeous accessories.

The Tavo seat is also made of solid American walnut. Recessed magnets in the 40-millimetre thick seat and taupe leather padding avoid shifting.

TEANO Dining Chair

With its curved backrest teamed with an upholstery in a soft melange of grey, cream and brown shades, the Teano Dining Chair offers all the comforts of an armchair - and even beyond: the swivel seat allows you to stand up comfortably even if the chair cannot be pushed back from the table. The frame is made of stained ash in the colour of American walnut. Other versions are also available on request.

Tavo Rectangular Table Extension mechanism

The impressive length of the rectangular Tavo dining table of 180 centimetres can easily be extended by another meter if required. The natural grain of the American walnut –a unique composition by nature epitomised in every table –varies in the extension; a continuous uniform grain is however possible as a custom-made product. All edges of the solid furniture are smoothed by hand. The recessed grips on the butterfly leaf are pleasantly lined with leather. Guide rails and ball bearings are made of solid aluminium and stainless steel.

The Tavo dining table can be lengthened by one metre in a few simple steps.

Once the table top is fully extended, the extension is folded up with one turn.
When opening the butterfly leaf, the two wings slide apart smoothly.
Then push the two table tops together until they snap into place.
In their final position, the table tops are 280 centimetres long.
The extension mechanism of the round Tavo Table works on the same principle. Here, the tabletop extends by 60 centimetres from the middle to form an 180-centimetre-long oval.
