Is it possible to first try out a selection of furniture from the Garpa collection in private surroundings? 

We will be pleased to send a personal selection to your home on approval for thirty days without charge. 

And what if the selection is not to my liking? 

If the furniture really does not suit your requirements, simply call us and we will collect it free of charge.

Where can I experience your furniture live?

If you would like to see and test Garpa furniture, we invite you to visit our showroom in Zurich. The address and further information can be found here.

During the last winter storm one of our deck chairs was damaged. Could you be of help in this matter? 

If a part needs to be replaced due to damage caused by external influences such as storm or water, our customer service will be able to provide competent and reliable support. Furthermore, we keep spare parts in stock for many years. 

A long time ago we selected furniture from a particular series that no longer appears in your catalogue. Is it still possible to purchase further items? 

Seating furniture and loungers will still be available for many years. However, should you be unable to find something in the collection, please contact us – we might still be able to help you. 

Delivery and assembly service

Our furniture is delivered by forwarding companies contracted by Garpa. Delivery notification is made by the haulier via telephone. Delivery and assembly are, of course, free of charge. 

We already have an exact idea of where our new furniture should be set up. How will it be delivered?

The garden furniture will be completely assembled and positioned where you want it by our specially trained drivers. Naturally, all packaging will be taken away, What remains will be perfectly placed, beautiful furniture.

I will not be present at the time of delivery. How do you proceed in this case? 

If it is possible to leave the furniture in a sheltered place on your property, please arrange for this with the forwarding company via telephone.

I am looking for especially durable furniture. What are Garpa’s warranty conditions?

All our products are delivered with the two-year statutory warranty. For all furniture and parasols, we guarantee a full five years, and on construction durability for non-foldable furniture, a full ten years.

Which materials are most suited for use outdoors?

Apart from weatherproof plantation teak, we use galvanized, and powder-coated steel, corrosion resistant stainless steel, highly sophisticated anodized aluminium and innovative fibres – high-quality materials that are exceptionally robust and durable.

What care products do you recommend for this furniture?

Whether steel, fibre, aluminium or teak – all the materials we use can be cared for without chemicals: water, brush, a sponge, and green soap are all that is required. You will find further information in our care instructions for the various materials or in our care film
