The ornamentation of the Fontenay climbing support is inspired by the floral beauty that abounds in the garden. Different elements made of strong and weatherproof aluminium that is powder-coated in black, invite flexible use and creative combinations. They can be integrated with plant containers or – supported by poles and securely joined together – they can be placed next to each other or can stand on their own. Mounted against facades, they highlight gorgeously blooming plants or discreetly veil less attractive spots behind dense foliage.
Various combinations are possible. We will be pleased to give advice on the telephone.
1. Free-standing solution
Narrow or wide climbing elements can be fastened to the backs of the plant containers or suspended securely between them. Mounting connections for the plant supports are included in the delivery.
If you would like to combine several trellis elements with each other, please order at no extra cost, one Mounting Set 2 per climbing element. The set is to be found under ’Accessories’ further down this page.

A special fixture (Mounting Set 1) makes it possible to secure separate climbing elements directly on the house wall. A number of supports can be mounted next to each other. For this solution narrow or wide climbing elements are held together with poles and various connection pieces, and may function as a partition or attractive screen.
Variation 1 for hard ground
For this arrangement poles are screwed to a base made of wood, tile or any other solid material. Each climbing element must always be mounted between two poles. The necessary connecting pieces and mountings are included in the delivery of the poles.
Variation 2 for soft ground
For soft ground such as lawn, longer poles that can be set in concrete are available. Each climbing element must always be mounted between two poles. The necessary connecting pieces and mountings are included in the delivery of the poles.
