- Once your order has been checked by Garpa customer service, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- Delivery of our furniture within Switzerland is generally within two to three weeks free of charge. Our shipping company will notify you directly via telephone of your delivery.
- Small parts and products shipped by parcel service are usually delivered within two to three working days.
- Should you purchase items with different delivery times, you have the option to request a partial delivery for items available for immediate delivery when ordering under “Review and Order” in the shopping basket.
- Furniture orders are delivered by trained delivery drivers. They will also assemble and set up the furniture (with the exception of drilling holes, fundamental building work or other building work), position the furniture where you wish to have it and take the packaging with them. As with the delivery, this service is naturally free of charge.
