Simply more than a delivery service: The most important information about the delivery of our products. 

Delivery will be effected within 2-3 weeks after order placement and free of charge to your address. In general, you should receive small articles and items which will be delivered by parcel service within the course of one week. Due to the current situation, longer delivery times may apply. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us for any special requirements regarding delivery times.

The delivery of your ordered furniture is carried out by furniture forwarding companies that operate for us under contract. The forwarding agent will notify you of the delivery by telephone. The trained staff will also assemble and set up the furniture (with the exception of drilling holes, fundamental building work or other building work), position the furniture where you wish to have it and naturally take the packaging with them. As with the delivery, this service is naturally free of charge.

Small parts and goods that we can deliver by parcel service will be sent to you within one week. If you have provided us with your email address, you also have the option of tracking the shipment online. Due to special circumstances, longer delivery times may occur in individual cases. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Please contact us if you have any special requests regarding the delivery date.

Please be advised that particularly large-format furniture is only delivered in its entirety/not in individual parts as standard. Please get in touch with us urgently in advance of delivery should special structural conditions need to be taken into account on site. You will find a comment field under "Your details” when viewing the history of your order online.

The decision for premium garden furniture is not something one takes on a mere whim. Not quite sure whether the garden furniture you have chosen really suits your patio, or would you like to experience quality and artisanship in direct contact, for example? If so, simply try our free viewing delivery service. We deliver a selection of furniture free to your door, subject to availability. Should you decide otherwise, we will collect the pieces again after 30 days at the latest. Simply give us a ring or send us a short message by email.

Some items that are in particularly high demand currently have significantly longer delivery times. These are usually due to the duration of the necessary replacement times for premium materials on the world market and resulting production cycles in the manufactories we commission. 

Naturally, we support our partners and suppliers to the best of our ability to keep delays to a minimum. Unfortunately, we are unable to succeed in all cases at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note: Unfortunately, we may experience some delays in the delivery of selected products due to global developments.
