If you wish to complain about or return a product, please give us a brief indication of the reason for doing so. You will find a list of reasons to choose from for this purpose in the form below. This will enable us to take the next steps to collect or return the goods at short notice.

Warranty

All our products are delivered with the legal two-year warranty. For all furniture and parasols we offer a full five-year warranty, and for the constructive durability of non-folding furniture, a full ten-year warranty. This guarantee is valid as of delivery, for the free repair of defects in materials and workmanship in the case of normal private use.
